Swim:

Goggles: Aqua Sphere Kayenne:  I have a pair of the tinted and clear goggles I take to every race. I train in the clear goggles.
Nose Plugs: Speedo Competition Nose Clip:  I have tried to ditch the nose clips several times without success.
Wetsuit: Quintana Roo Superfull:  Doing it over again I would go sleeveless.

Bike:

Tri Bike: Trek Equinox 7 (2006 vintage)  What can I say? I'm a Trek guy through and through.
Pedals:  Look Keo Classic:  SPD? Speedplay?  These win hands down.
Shoes:  LG Tri Speed:  I wish they made them in black.
Wheels: Williams System 30: Bulletproof stiff wheels.  And no 2nd mortgage needed to buy.
Hydration Long Course: Speedfil. I use this on long distance races and training.
Hydration Short Course: Aqualite:  Holds the water for Sprint and Oly and the calories for 70.3

Run:

Shoes:  Kswiss Blade Light Run: love these shoes my main race / training shoe
Shoes:  Zoot Ultra TT 3.0: Like these shoes for true sockless wear.
Shoes:  Merrell Trail Glove:  For trail running. tough on the calves still.
Shoe: Kswiss Kwicky Blade Light: A great shoe!

All 3 Sports:

Tri Suit: 2 piece 2XU Endurance Trisuit:  ANything else and you are wasting your time.
Watch: Garmin 610: It tracks speed and distance on the bike and run. Train and race by heart rate.
Shades: Oakley Radar Path sunglasses. The Best. period.
