How to avoid burn out.

I learned one huge lesson this year... I need 2 days off per week. As in off, no exercise.  I found it would be 10-12 days of straight workouts and I would be too wiped to do the scheduled workout.  That and I need to sleep more...  after 11pm won't cut it going into the next 2 seasons.  All of this starts after the World Series...

I'm too tired to keep writing zzzzzzzzzzzzz

I agree, I too took more 2-day breaks from working out this past year and I didn't notice any difference in performance (actually had a PR). This just emphasizes "quality over quantity."
